NEARcom Privacy Policy

Digital Control Systems, Inc does not collect any information from the use of the NEARcom app.

During use of the NEARcom app, some data known to the BACnet sensor being configured will be read, altered, and written back to the sensor being configured. No data is permanently stored on the phone, nor is any data transmitted to any other location than the sensor being configured.

We do not collect any usage information.

If we make updates to our privacy policy we will post them to this location. The current version of this policy is effective February 10, 2023.
